You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the Gate’s artistic mission and values, as well as the business planning skills to translate these into strategic objectives.
You will be a confident, collaborative and compassionate leader, who has diversity and inclusion at the heart of their thinking. You will know how to make a small organisation with big ambitions thrive, and you will have a proven track record for fundraising and income generation.
